DE BEST Quarterly Meeting for FY24/25 Q3 was held on January 8th, 2025 via Zoom.

As always, we discussed our recent activities and goals moving forward. We were graced with an excellent Team Training Minute and Brief Breakout Exercise by Celeste Peart. d) Program Development: Volunteer Engagement Events, Meetings and Trainings	Highlights - Reviewed summary. Volunteer Team Meetings & Trainings: DE BEST Volunteer Committee Meeting, November 26 DSAMH facilitated: Naloxone Training at DE BEST Annual Recognition Event, October 23
e) Team Building Initiative: Celeste Peart	Highlights - Celeste did a brief recap of Psychological First Aid(PFA) and a Team Building Exercise, consisting of a Break out: Winter Storm Scenario. Please see more information below: This Winter Storm Breakout Exercise focused on volunteer introductions to survivors. This was a great exercise to get our team familiar with proper PFA provider communication skills. The goal is to start putting our unique skills together and finding solutions to problems as a unit. We will continue to have team building exercise throughout committee and quarterly meetings and if volunteers have any ideas we are open to all feedback.
