We hope you all had a fun and relaxing Independence Day! This message is to inform you of some friendly reminders for you to do if you have not done them already. Please see below:
- ALL VOLUNTEERS must take the required training courses and fill out all required forms to continue to volunteer as a part of RespondDE. We have noticed that some of you have completed some requirements but have yet to complete the other ones. If you do not complete all required trainings and forms, you will be marked as "inactive" and will be unable to volunteer for future deployments until you complete them. More information on that can be found in the subsequent points below. As always, a list of the most current trainings and forms can be found on our website by clicking here.
- All required training courses and required forms are now being offered through the DE TRAIN website. In order for these to sync with your ServDE profile, you must link the two accounts. Instructions can be found in the Instructions for Linking DE TRAIN and SERVDE Profiles PDF in this message's attachments. You can also register for a DE TRAIN account through the link above if you haven't done so already.
- Our required forms on DE TRAIN are hidden from the general public by default. To view and complete them, you must join one of the MRC Groups in your settings. Instructions can be found in the DE TRAIN Instructions Write-Up for Website_FINAL PDF in this message's attachments.
- Please upload any training certificates to your ServDE profile. Instructions can be found in the ServDE Training Instructions Write-UP_FINAL PDF in this message's attachments.
