Attention DE BEST/RespondDE volunteers!

If you do not already know, DETRAIN is now able to update your ServDE Qualification automatically.

Training courses that you complete through your DETRAIN site will now show up in your profile on ServDE. This is very important because certain deployments may require volunteers who have completed certain courses to sign up for them (i.e. shelter tech training, DPH flu in-service/immunization training, yearly trainings, etc.), and this integration will help us send messages to volunteers quickly and accurately in the event of an emergency or other deployment.

In order to help keep your profile up-to-date in regards to trainings, we ask that you please enter your Username into your ServDE profile so that it will synced with DE TRAIN when you complete a training course. Please see below for instructions on how to obtain your Username, as well as how to enter it into your ServDE profile. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns with completing this.

Our organization falls under RespondDE (formerly the Delaware Medical Reserve Corps). Because of this, we are all required to complete our required documents and trainings in order for you to still be active in your respective organization. RespondDE has outlined the new trainings on their website which can be found here. You must complete everything in the first section that says "required training". We have informed your organization leadership about this change and they will be happy to answer any questions that you may have about this change. You can also send us an email too at RespondDE@delaware.gov
