My name is Skylar Washington and I'm the Administrative Assistant for DE BEST. A little background about myself, I was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. I received my Bachelors in Psychology from Norfolk State University in Virginia. I'm eager to work with you all and I want to thank you guys for all the time you have given to our community.
